Just changing out old, tired remotes etc., was deemed not the effective approach or cost to my situation. After some discussion with Emanuel Striveson the service technician, the decision was made to change out the entire system from springs, rollers, remote openers to the main drive unit. The difference is night and day on the new installation. Emanual Striveson was undoubtably the source of information I needed. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Service and of course, Emanuel. After reading his Bio the company provided, he is also quite a culinary chef. Great business to interact with. Respectfully, Robert Bevan

SAW AD ON TELEVISION. CALLED BECAUSE I WANTED TO BE PROACTIVE WITH AN 8 YEAR OLD GARAGE DOOR. JACOB (TECHNICIAN) WAS VERY PERSONABLE, EXPLAINED PROBLEMS (OR WHAT COULD BECOME A PROBLEM) AND DID WHAT I ASKED FOR RIGHT THEN WITHIN A SHORT TIME SPAN. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AS WELL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Chris was great! Very friendly and professional. He gave a thorough inspection, honest no-bull advice on some things that should be addressed at some point in the future, and got the door fixed (broken lift cables). And it was all done at a great price!

Me and my husband were very pleased with the professional and courteous service we received today from your technician Emanuel! He explained everything he was doing, and even explained how to periodically check the operation of our garage door to prevent not being able to use the door due to a complete part failure. We are very glad we called your business, and won't hesitate to call in the future for any garage door problems.

Called at 1:00PM on a Saturday and Jacob was here at 1:30PM to repair my garage door problem. Heard a loud bang when I opened the door in the morning but didn’t look at it again until I got back home at noon. Opened the door a couple of times to see what the noise was but unfortunately the cables came off both sides and wrapped around the shaft. Jacob assessed the problem and gave me a quote for the repair. Once agreed to, Jacob went ahead and replaced needed parts and was completed in about an hour. Jacob was very professional and courteous and I can’t thank Precision Garage Doors enough for their excellent and timely service and professional technician!

My technician, Emauel was fantastic. He quickly fixed the issue and made some adjustments to prevent it from happening again and also tightened the belt on my garage door opener because he thought it sounded too loose. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone having garage door/opener issues.

Hello I saw the Ad on Channel 27 news and scheduled the appointment online. The Tech came out and was on time and looked over garage door and told me the price and sent quote as well so I had it on paper. In addition they offer 12 months same as cash. I haven't ordered it yet as I'm waiting for My Mom to make a decision as it was at her house, but overall a very good experience .

Hi Ed, My garage would not close today and I was taking a walk around my condo location and ran into a neighbor and asked her if she had any suggestions for a company and she mentioned your name. She said she saw your commercials and thought the workers looked young. So, I called 7/22 at 8am and Nick answered the phone (so very nice and helpful) and asked if I was available from 10-12 today. I couldn't believe it, the same day? For sure. Emanuel came around 0945 and very friendly and professional and did an awesome job. You have very good techs and staff. Thank you

My garage door spring broke at night, called Precision in the evening, and had a tech out by 8:30 the next morning. Chris Wilson came out, evaluated the entire garage door system and gave us 3 options to choose while fully educating us on door systems and functions so that we were knowledgeable about our choices. Very honest tech and extremely personable. Chris was someone you'd invite to cookouts. Great solution, awesome repair that made our door better than ever without emptying our bank account. Thanks to Chris, I will only refer Precision Garage Door Service of Youngstown. Highly satisfied.

Jacob was able to come out today and do the inspection, give me a quote and get the job done. It’s like a new door now. Great company I highly recommend them.

My spring broke at 10PM at night and I was unable to get my car out of the garage the following morning. I was very stressed. I called at 1030PM and an operator answered. The next day Chris Wilson was at my house at 11AM. I went w/ Precision because there was a $0 service and visit fee. Chris also gave me an estimate before the work started. He was very professional and kind hearted. I am him an A+ rating and would recommend him to anyone else who faced a similar issue to me. Very happy with the service. He deserves a raise!!!!

My garage door opener quit working this summer. We bought our house two years ago and the opener was pretty old. Jacob came out and looked everything over and explained our options without any pressure. After choosing and asking if it would be possible to get the job done in five hours as we had to go out he said yes and began working. Only a few hours later and the job was done and everything looks great! Thank you for helping modernize a piece of our home.

Had a broken spring to start. Tech arrived on time after a short phone call. While servicing the door spring he found other issues. After completing his work I asked him if he would install new rollers that I had and he did. Very good service, I would use this company in the future. Thank you for job well done. Howard Baker
