I called PGD on a Friday morning & the service tech arrived Friday afternoon. After a 10 minute conversation the tech presented me with a remediation plan to improve our loud garage doors. Next I asked when he could return to do the work. He advised he could do it immediately, & further advised the work would take about an hour. About an hour later the work was complete & we were extremely satisfied with the results. The tech was very neat & meticulous & wiped the doors down when finished. Outstanding customer service. Sheldon was awesome and super professional. He replaced my garage door panel and went above and beyond just a normal replacement. He asked me to open the door my normal way just to ensure everything was accurate. Personally, I would give Sheldon 10 stars if I could. Very friendly and personable.

The 2 people that I interacted with, Emanuel and Sheldon, were both very personable, and professional. Sheldon walked me thru each step as he did the installation. He worked neatly, cleaned as he went along. I see on this site disc that are offered, such as military. I was not offered any by Emanuel at time of sale.

While leaving for work the spring broke on my door. I called precision and they came out that day to fix the problem. Replaced all the broken parts with better quality parts so now my door should be good for years. Would hire again in future.

I have not had my garage door serviced since buying this house in 2017 and began to have problems with the door operation. Google for a service provided and selected Precision Garage Door. It turned out to be my best decision! I was able to get a quick appointment, and the technician (Sheldon Cross) came out and completed a 24-point inspection of my system. He gave me several recommendations, no pressure, and allow me to choose what was best for me without a "hard sale". He was very professional, did a fantastic job and explain fully new operation of my garage door complete system. I am extremely happy! Hats off to Sheldon!

The cables were sagging on both sides of the garage door. They were replaced less than a year ago. Holiday weekend and no one would be available until Tuesday. Precision Garage Door Service kept popping up in my web search so I called and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Emanuel was at my door bright and early. Very knowledgeable and professional, he evaluated the problem, presented a couple estimates and explained each one. Once selected, he went to work repairing and replacing. If I could give ten stars, I definitely would do so! I couldn’t be more satisfied with his service and I highly recommend Precision and will call them in the future if needed. Immanuel was outstanding. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem of my garage door and knew what needed to be done to bring my door back to brand new. This is by far the absolute BEST GARAGE DOOR COMPANY . I chose Precision Garage Doors because I had seen their truck in my development several times before. They came out the SAME DAY I called for a broken garage door opener - they carry replacement equipment on their trucks - so no wait time - and within 2 hrs - everything was fixed, replaced and ready to go. Sheldon the service technician was great - he is very professional, kind and knowledgeable - he's a very impressive technician - Sheldon explained everything and pointed out a few issues where things were very old and going to fail (eventually) . He didnt' try to upsell anything more than I needed at the time . Due to his abilities and professionalism I will definitely use Precision Garage Doors in the near future to purchase the new garage door. As far as price wise - it's very reasonable and not outrageous. For the simple fact they came out on the same day and fixed the issue - was far more worth it to me than saving a dime and waiting days/weeks for a fix. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing garage services. Thanks again Sheldon - GREAT JOB!!
