Called at 1:00PM on a Saturday and Jacob was here at 1:30PM to repair my garage door problem. Heard a loud bang when I opened the door in the morning but didn’t look at it again until I got back home at noon. Opened the door a couple of times to see what the noise was but unfortunately the cables came off both sides and wrapped around the shaft. Jacob assessed the problem and gave me a quote for the repair. Once agreed to, Jacob went ahead and replaced needed parts and was completed in about an hour. Jacob was very professional and courteous and I can’t thank Precision Garage Doors enough for their excellent and timely service and professional technician!

Hello I saw the Ad on Channel 27 news and scheduled the appointment online. The Tech came out and was on time and looked over garage door and told me the price and sent quote as well so I had it on paper. In addition they offer 12 months same as cash. I haven't ordered it yet as I'm waiting for My Mom to make a decision as it was at her house, but overall a very good experience .

Hi Ed, My garage would not close today and I was taking a walk around my condo location and ran into a neighbor and asked her if she had any suggestions for a company and she mentioned your name. She said she saw your commercials and thought the workers looked young. So, I called 7/22 at 8am and Nick answered the phone (so very nice and helpful) and asked if I was available from 10-12 today. I couldn't believe it, the same day? For sure. Emanuel came around 0945 and very friendly and professional and did an awesome job. You have very good techs and staff. Thank you

My garage door spring broke at night, called Precision in the evening, and had a tech out by 8:30 the next morning. Chris Wilson came out, evaluated the entire garage door system and gave us 3 options to choose while fully educating us on door systems and functions so that we were knowledgeable about our choices. The next day Chris Wilson was at my house at 11AM. I went w/ Precision because there was a $0 service and visit fee. Chris also gave me an estimate before the work started.
