My garage door spring broke at night, called Precision in the evening, and had a tech out by 8:30 the next morning. Chris Wilson came out, evaluated the entire garage door system and gave us 3 options to choose while fully educating us on door systems and functions so that we were knowledgeable about our choices. Very honest tech and extremely personable. Chris was someone you'd invite to cookouts. Great solution, awesome repair that made our door better than ever without emptying our bank account. Thanks to Chris, I will only refer Precision Garage Door Service of Youngstown. Highly satisfied.
