Had a broken spring to start. Tech arrived on time after a short phone call. While servicing the door spring he found other issues. This is by far the absolute BEST GARAGE DOOR COMPANY . I chose Precision Garage Doors because I had seen their truck in my development several times before. They came out the SAME DAY I called for a broken garage door opener - they carry replacement equipment on their trucks - so no wait time - and within 2 hrs - everything was fixed, replaced and ready to go. Sheldon the service technician was great - he is very professional, kind and knowledgeable - he's a very impressive technician - Sheldon explained everything and pointed out a few issues where things were very old and going to fail (eventually) . He didnt' try to upsell anything more than I needed at the time . Due to his abilities and professionalism I will definitely use Precision Garage Doors in the near future to purchase the new garage door. As far as price wise - it's very reasonable and not outrageous. For the simple fact they came out on the same day and fixed the issue - was far more worth it to me than saving a dime and waiting days/weeks for a fix. I called PGD on a Friday morning & the service tech arrived Friday afternoon. After a 10 minute conversation the tech presented me with a remediation plan to improve our loud garage doors. Next I asked when he could return to do the work. He advised he could do it immediately, & further advised the work would take about an hour. About an hour later the work was complete & we were extremely satisfied with the results. The tech was very neat & meticulous & wiped the doors down when finished. Outstanding customer service. While leaving for work the spring broke on my door. I called precision and they came out that day to fix the problem. Replaced all the broken parts with better quality parts so now my door should be good for years. Would hire again in future.

Technician Sheldon Cross did a great job. He was polite & knowledgeable. He got the door release, installed a new release lock & programmed the remote. (A power outage had tripped the GFI). We paid our bill & tanked Sheldon. I would used Precision again.
