Garage Door Repair Reviews in Salem, OH (Updated August 2026)

I was looking for a garage door company to look at some issues with my door. Last night I saw a commercial for precision services and decided to book an appointment. Jacob was able to come out today and do the inspection, give me a quote and get the job done. It’s like a new door now. Great company I highly recommend them.

I have not had my garage door serviced since buying this house in 2017 and began to have problems with the door operation. Google for a service provided and selected Precision Garage Door. It turned out to be my best decision! I was able to get a quick appointment, and the technician (Sheldon Cross) came out and completed a 24-point inspection of my system. He gave me several recommendations, no pressure, and allow me to choose what was best for me without a "hard sale".
