Just changing out old, tired remotes etc., was deemed not the effective approach or cost to my situation. After some discussion with Emanuel Striveson the service technician, the decision was made to change out the entire system from springs, rollers, remote openers to the main drive unit. The difference is night and day on the new installation. Emanual Striveson was undoubtably the source of information I needed. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Service and of course, Emanuel. After reading his Bio the company provided, he is also quite a culinary chef. Great business to interact with. Respectfully, Robert Bevan

This is by far the absolute BEST GARAGE DOOR COMPANY . I chose Precision Garage Doors because I had seen their truck in my development several times before. They came out the SAME DAY I called for a broken garage door opener - they carry replacement equipment on their trucks - so no wait time - and within 2 hrs - everything was fixed, replaced and ready to go. Sheldon the service technician was great - he is very professional, kind and knowledgeable - he's a very impressive technician - Sheldon explained everything and pointed out a few issues where things were very old and going to fail (eventually) . He didnt' try to upsell anything more than I needed at the time . Due to his abilities and professionalism I will definitely use Precision Garage Doors in the near future to purchase the new garage door. As far as price wise - it's very reasonable and not outrageous. For the simple fact they came out on the same day and fixed the issue - was far more worth it to me than saving a dime and waiting days/weeks for a fix. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing garage services. Thanks again Sheldon - GREAT JOB!!

Sheldon was awesome and super professional. He replaced my garage door panel and went above and beyond just a normal replacement. He asked me to open the door my normal way just to ensure everything was accurate. Personally, I would give Sheldon 10 stars if I could. Very friendly and personable.
Mike, we are so glad that Sheldon exceeded all of your expectations! Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service!

Immanuel was outstanding. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem of my garage door and knew what needed to be done to bring my door back to brand new. He was very professional, meticulous in his work, very knowledgeable concerning my door and went the extra mile to ensure everything was right be for he departed. When Immanuel left, I had a brand new door. I was so grateful. I highly recommend Precision garage door service to anyone I talk to and request Immanuel as your tech to service your door. He’s the best.
