Just changing out old, tired remotes etc., was deemed not the effective approach or cost to my situation. After some discussion with Emanuel Striveson the service technician, the decision was made to change out the entire system from springs, rollers, remote openers to the main drive unit. The difference is night and day on the new installation. Emanual Striveson was undoubtably the source of information I needed. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Service and of course, Emanuel. After reading his Bio the company provided, he is also quite a culinary chef. Great business to interact with. Respectfully, Robert Bevan

Had my garage door repaired this morning, when the repairman arrived he quickly made me feel comfortable that it would be a quick and easy fix. Emmanuel Striveson was the repairman and could have been the most personable and professional repairman I’ve ever had at the house for any repair. I would highly recommend Precision. Thanks guys!

Me and my husband were very pleased with the professional and courteous service we received today from your technician Emanuel! He explained everything he was doing, and even explained how to periodically check the operation of our garage door to prevent not being able to use the door due to a complete part failure. We are very glad we called your business, and won't hesitate to call in the future for any garage door problems.

The Customer Service with Precision Garage door exceeds all others I have contacted, they kept me informed as to when I can expect them to arrive and Emanuel was awesome, and professional. He sent several pics of doors photo shopped on our garage to give us an idea of how they would look! We are looking forward to getting the door installed by them very soon. Just need to decide what design door we want! Thank you Duane

Emanuel was great. Explained what the problem was with the garage door not opening and told me exactly how it was going to be fixed. Also explained each different door opener according to what I was looking for. The garage door is so quiet now that I double check to see if it went up before pulling out of the garage. Thank you!

The cables were sagging on both sides of the garage door. They were replaced less than a year ago. Holiday weekend and no one would be available until Tuesday. Precision Garage Door Service kept popping up in my web search so I called and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Emanuel was at my door bright and early. Very knowledgeable and professional, he evaluated the problem, presented a couple estimates and explained each one. Once selected, he went to work repairing and replacing. If I could give ten stars, I definitely would do so! I couldn’t be more satisfied with his service and I highly recommend Precision and will call them in the future if needed. Thank you for a job well done!
