Stephanie has been an integral part of Precision since 2007, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to her work. She holds a Master's Degree in Education from Texas State University, which has equipped her with the tools to guide and inspire others toward achieving their own successes. Stephanie is most fulfilled when she can watch others grow, both personally and professionally, and she thrives in environments where she can lead and nurture talent. Beyond her professional life, Stephanie is a proud mother. Her eldest son, who will be attending Florida State University in the fall of 2025, is pursuing his dreams of becoming a lawyer, while her younger son, with a heart of gold, is finding his own path. Stephanie’s journey has taken her across Texas, Florida, and now Ohio, each place offering unique experiences that have enriched her life.
