I called PGD on a Friday morning & the service tech arrived Friday afternoon. After a 10 minute conversation the tech presented me with a remediation plan to improve our loud garage doors. Next I asked when he could return to do the work. He advised he could do it immediately, & further advised the work would take about an hour. About an hour later the work was complete & we were extremely satisfied with the results. The tech was very neat & meticulous & wiped the doors down when finished. Outstanding customer service.
