Garage Door Repair Reviews in Erie Area, PA (Updated August 2026)

My spring broke at 10PM at night and I was unable to get my car out of the garage the following morning. I was very stressed. I called at 1030PM and an operator answered. The next day Chris Wilson was at my house at 11AM. I went w/ Precision because there was a $0 service and visit fee. Chris also gave me an estimate before the work started. He was very professional and kind hearted. I am him an A+ rating and would recommend him to anyone else who faced a similar issue to me. Very happy with the service. He deserves a raise!!!!

Technician Sheldon Cross did a great job. He was polite & knowledgeable. He got the door release, installed a new release lock & programmed the remote. (A power outage had tripped the GFI). We paid our bill & tanked Sheldon. I would used Precision again.
